Is the show indoors or outdoors?
One of the main goals of our shows is to showcase the space of our venue partners. We typically provide a hybrid model as some venues can accommodate indoor or outdoor vendors (weather permitting).
How many exhibitors will there be?
Each showcase ranges from 25 to 35 exhibitors. We intentionally limit exhibitor categories so your brand doesn't get lost amongst competitors. This model ensures higher-quality leads, longer conversations, and more bookings.
What’s included in the exhibitor fee?

How much does it cost to exhibit?
Exhibitor fees are dependent on location and what is included in the exhibitor fee. All pricing details can be found within our vendor applications under our "EXHIBITORS" tab.
