Is the show indoors or outdoors?
The primary exhibition space is inside a covered and enclosed pavilion. Some exhibitors will be set up outside the pavilion.
Do I need to print my ticket, or can I show it on my phone?
You may present your phone or a printed ticket for admission.
Where and when is the expo being held?
The event will take place on September 13, 2026 at The Rivers Retreat in Covington, LA. Doors open at 1:00 PM and the event concludes at 5:00 PM.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, free parking is available at the venue. Further deatils will be given closer to the event date.
Are children or extra guests allowed?
Unfortunately, attendees under 21 are not allowed to attend. Extra guests must purchase an individual ticket.
